Van Antwerp Creek

I found a Van Antwerp Creek off the Hudson river near Schuylerville, NY. Not sure of any history and not much out there online about it. Perhaps an old Van Antwerp farm. As you can see as the pictures zoom in, it runs from behind a few houses from the river under the Highway 4 on the East side of river.
